OMODA & JAECOO Deploy AiMOGA Humanoid Robots at UAE Sporting Event

Chinese automotive brand OMODA & JAECOO has deployed its AiMOGA humanoid robots in the UAE, with “Mornine” and “Argos” providing multilingual hosting and venue guidance at a major sporting event. The company is also preparing to introduce autonomous valet parking technology in the market.

Chinese automotive brand OMODA & JAECOO has deployed its AiMOGA humanoid robots in the United Arab Emirates as part of a broader push to expand its AI and intelligent mobility offering in the market. Two robots, named “Mornine” and “Argos”, were featured at a major international sporting event, providing multilingual hosting, venue guidance, and operational support. The deployment serves as a demonstration of the brand’s robotics platform in hospitality and tourism contexts beyond its core automotive showroom use.

Mornine is configured for customer-facing interaction and uses AI-powered speech recognition to communicate in 11 languages. Argos is focused on mobility-related applications, with autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance functions positioned for assisting visitors with mobility challenges. AiMOGA robots have already been integrated into OMODA & JAECOO’s global showroom network, where they provide interactive and multilingual support to prospective vehicle buyers. The UAE deployment extends that use case into public event environments rather than retail-only contexts.

The company is also preparing to introduce its Valet Parking Driver technology, also referred to as Super Intelligent Parking, in the UAE. The system allows vehicles to locate parking spaces autonomously and return to the driver on remote command. OMODA & JAECOO has framed the rollout as aligned with the UAE’s smart city initiatives, which have included sustained government support for autonomous vehicles, AI infrastructure, and public-facing automation. The brand reports more than 5,000 vehicle sales in the UAE and is expanding across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other emirates with models including the OMODA C5 and JAECOO J8 SHS.

The deployment reflects a wider pattern in which Chinese automotive manufacturers are using humanoid and embodied AI platforms as part of broader brand and ecosystem positioning rather than purely as discrete robotics products. By pairing showroom and event robots with autonomous parking and connected mobility services, OMODA & JAECOO is presenting an integrated technology narrative to consumers in markets that have actively encouraged such deployments. The commercial impact will depend on whether the robotics layer translates into measurable engagement, brand differentiation, or vehicle sales over time, rather than functioning only as a marketing-stage exercise.
