Agility Robotics to Go Public Through $2.5 Billion SPAC Merger with Churchill Capital
Agility Robotics has agreed to merge with SPAC Churchill Capital Corp XI in a deal valuing the combined company at $2.5 billion and raising more than $620 million in gross proceeds. The company is preparing to scale commercial deployment of its Digit v5 humanoid robot, backed by orders worth over $300 million.
