Primech Holdings will unveil Hytron, an autonomous bathroom cleaning robot, in North America at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The robot is designed specifically for commercial restrooms and follows earlier deployments across Asia. Primech positions Hytron as an enterprise-ready platform aimed at automating restroom hygiene in facilities with high usage and strict cleanliness requirements.
Hytron combines AI-based perception, real-time navigation, and purpose-built cleaning hardware within a compact mobile platform. The system runs on NVIDIA’s Jetson Orin platform for on-device processing and supports autonomous operation, including self-charging and water management. Its cleaning architecture targets fixtures such as toilets, urinals, sinks, and surrounding high-contact surfaces, while limiting floor mopping to reduce slip risk.
The launch highlights growing demand for task-specific service robots in facilities management. By offering Hytron through a robotics-as-a-service model, Primech is aligning autonomous cleaning with predictable operating costs and scalable deployment for large commercial operators.
