Realbotix has renamed its recently introduced Echo humanoid platform Realbotix Series 1, bringing its flagship commercial robot line under the company’s own brand. The November 4 announcement follows the October launch of the platform, with reservations continuing for delivery in 2027.
The company describes the move as a product-name change. Buyers continue through the same ordering process and product configurations announced for Echo. The new name gives customers a single brand to follow as the company develops its consumer and enterprise robot business. Company announcement
Four Characters and AI Integrations
Series 1 offers four characters named Aria, Mila, Dave and Amar, with different personalities, voices and interaction styles. Realbotix says the robots support integrations with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Operation requires its Robot Configuration App subscription, with tiers starting at $19.99 per month.
The company also offers its Vinci Vision System as an optional upgrade. Realbotix describes on-device conversational and visual processing, with capabilities including gaze tracking and facial recognition. Performance descriptions come from the manufacturer and will depend on the selected configuration.
Following the Echo Launch
RobotsBeat covered the original Echo reservation launch, including the tabletop model’s $11,950 starting price. The new branding provides a follow-up for readers tracking that launch and its planned delivery schedule.
Hardware, subscription and optional features all contribute to the purchase decision. For organizations ordering multiple robots, software management and the consistency of interactions across devices become part of the operating requirements alongside appearance and motion.
From Product Branding to Deployment
The social-robot market places particular weight on conversational behavior and how people respond to a machine in a shared setting. RobotsBeat’s earlier reporting on Realbotix’s school deployment follows a separate application of its technology in education. Series 1 extends the company’s commercial offering toward additional enterprise and consumer uses, with delivery execution and customer experience shaping the next stage of the rollout.
